概述
2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸，英文名为2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D)，CAS号：94-75-7，分子式为C₈H₆Cl₂O₃，分子量为221.04。生长素类广谱植物生长调节剂，常用于植物组织培养中愈伤组织的诱导与维持，也可用于外植体脱分化及植物细胞培养等相关研究。
使用方法：
1.本产品已过滤除菌，可以直接使用。使用前需解冻并充分混匀。
2.参考使用浓度为0.5-2 mg/L，可根据实验要求稀释后加入培养基中使用；具体使用浓度请根据实验要求确定。
3.稀释时请使用无菌水或无菌缓冲液，稀释液建议现配现用。
注意事项
1.本产品仅供科研使用，请勿用于医药、临床诊断或治疗，食品及化妆品等用途。
2.为了您的安全和健康，请穿好实验服并佩戴一次性手套和口罩操作。
3.使用过程中请注意无菌操作，避免污染；如发现溶液浑浊、变色或出现沉淀，请勿继续使用。
4.反复冻融易导致活性降低，如果每次的使用量很小，可以适当分装后再使用。
2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), CAS No.: 94-75-7, Molecular Formula: C₈H₆Cl₂O₃, Molecular Weight: 221.04. It is a broad-spectrum auxin plant growth regulator, commonly used for induction and maintenance of callus in plant tissue culture, and also applied in related research such as explant dedifferentiation and plant cell culture.
Instructions for Use:
1. This product has been sterile-filtered and can be used directly. Thaw and mix thoroughly before use.
2. The recommended working concentration is 0.5-2 mg/L. It can be diluted and added to the culture medium according to experimental requirements; the specific concentration shall be determined according to experimental requirements.
3. Dilute with sterile water or sterile buffer. The diluted working solution is recommended to be freshly prepared.
Precautions:
1. This product is for research use only. Do not use it for medicine, clinical diagnosis or treatment, food, cosmetics or other purposes.
2. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat, disposable gloves and a mask during operation.
3. Aseptic operation should be adopted during use to avoid contamination. Do not continue to use the solution if it becomes turbid, discolored or precipitates form.
4. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles may reduce the activity. If the usage volume per time is small, aliquot appropriately before use.
