芥酸酰胺是一种从植物油中精炼的具有低色度(90Pt-Co)和低水分含量(100mg/kg)的芥酸酰胺。芥酸酰胺具有优良的爽滑性和良好的防粘连性能。加入芥酸酰胺并充分预混,可有效降低聚合物和设备、聚合物与聚合物间的摩擦力和附着力,使加工速度和产品质量得到大副提升。 由于芥酸酰胺可在产品成型后持续迁移而在产品表面形成一层薄膜,使产品具有良好的滑爽特性和好的防粘连性。而最终产品的机械性能和视觉效果都没有较大的改变。芥酸酰胺具有比油酸酰胺低的挥发性和耐高温的热稳定性,芥酸酰胺的耐高温特性使其很适合应用于PP 薄膜领域。芥酸酰胺因具有比油酸酰胺更大的分子量而延缓了分子向外迁移,这有利于薄膜下线后立即上印刷生产线。 芥酸酰胺在热塑性聚合物中的应用范围很宽,根据需求的不同其添加量为 0.05%---0.3%。在油墨中加入芥酸酰胺后可提升油墨的滑爽性和防粘连性。芥酸酰胺还可使石蜡和树脂涂覆纸张或纸板时具有更好的渗透性和爽滑性。芥酸酰胺还可被用在胶粘剂、涂料和EVA 高聚物中;并且可做为造纸生产中的消泡剂、颜料的分散剂、金属材料的表面润滑剂使用。 芥酸酰胺具有微小的粒径尺寸,在同其他添加剂或聚合物混合时会更加均匀。Armoslip E 的高纯度和色度稳定性在很多应用中成为首选产品。 |
