FABP5-IN-1 is a selective and high affinity fatty acid binding protein 5 (FABP5) inhibitor with a K i value of 1.7 μM, and does not bind to both FABP3 and FABP7. FABP5-IN-1 shows potent antinociceptive effects
In Vivo
FABP5-IN-1 (Compounds 4j; 20 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; for 90 minutes; male wild-type C57BL/6 mice) treatment displays potent antinociceptive effects in CFA model . MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Animal Model: Male wild-type C57BL/6 mice injected with complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) Dosage: 20 mg/kg Administration: Intraperitoneal injection; for 90 minutes Result: Displayed potent antinociceptive effects in CFA model.
