概述
甘精胰岛素是一种长效人胰岛素类似物，A 链和 B 链经修饰后在酸性条件下比普通胰岛素更稳定，作用时间可持续 24 小时。甘精胰岛素用于治疗糖尿病，可与胰岛素受体 (IR) 结合，以模仿内源性人胰岛素的活性，促进葡萄糖代谢。
本品由能高效表达甘精胰岛素的大肠杆菌菌株经发酵而来，纯度高，内毒素含量极低，且不含任何动物源性病原体。

Glargine is a long‑acting human insulin analog, with modified A and B chains that are more stable than regular insulin under acidic conditions and have a duration of action of up to 24 h. Insulin Glargine is commonly used in the treatment of diabetes and binds to the insulin receptor (IR) to mimic the activity of endogenous human insulin and promote glucose metabolism.
This product is produced by E. coli strains. It features extremely low endotoxin content, high purity, and is free of any animal‑derived pathogens.
