概述
胰岛素‑转铁蛋白‑硒‑亚油酸 (ITS+, 100×) 包含胰岛素、转铁蛋白、亚硒酸钠、亚油酸等重要物质，这些物质适用于细胞的体外生长和分化。它们能够促进细胞增殖，降低多种细胞维持和低密度贴壁所需的血清浓度。胰岛素可以促进葡萄糖和氨基酸摄取、脂肪生成、磷酸盐运输、蛋白质和核酸合成；转铁蛋白作为铁的载体，有助于降低氧自由基和过氧化氢的毒性；亚硒酸盐是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和其他蛋白质的辅助因子，在培养基中用作抗氧化剂；亚油酸是一种必需脂肪酸，能够促进细胞生长、抗氧化、增强胰岛素的作用。经验证，ITS+与ITS相比在促进细胞增殖和促进间充质干细胞成软骨分化效果上更加优异。

使用方法
推荐稀释浓度1:100（培养时在低血清浓度的培养基中按照比例添加本品）。起初，培养基中必须加入2%-4%的胎牛血清，以便获得与含10%胎牛血清的同种培养基相同的细胞生长效果；经过最初的适应后，胎牛血清浓度可进一步降低。
注意事项
1. 本产品为无菌包装，在使用过程中请注意无菌操作，避免微生物污染。
2. 可放置-20℃延长保存，切忌反复冻融，小量使用时建议分装。
3. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
Insulin‑Transferrin‑Selenium‑Linoleic Acid (ITS+, 100×) contains important substances including insulin, transferrin, sodium selenite, and linoleic acid, which are suitable for cell growth and differentiation in vitro. These components promote cell proliferation and reduce the serum concentration required for the maintenance and low-density attachment of various cells. Insulin promotes glucose and amino acid uptake, lipogenesis, phosphate transport, and protein and nucleic acid synthesis. Transferrin, as an iron carrier, helps reduce the toxicity of oxygen free radicals and hydrogen peroxide. Selenite serves as a cofactor for glutathione peroxidase and other proteins, and is used as an antioxidant in the culture medium. Linoleic acid is an essential fatty acid that promotes cell growth, provides antioxidant activity, and enhances the effects of insulin. It has been verified that ITS+ exhibits superior performance compared to ITS in promoting cell proliferation and inducing chondrogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells.

Instructions for Use
The recommended dilution concentration is 1:100 (add this product to the culture medium containing low serum concentration at the indicated ratio during culture). Initially, 2%-4% fetal bovine serum (FBS) must be added to the medium to achieve the same cell growth effect as the same medium containing 10% FBS. After the initial adaptation period, the FBS concentration can be further reduced.

1.This product is supplied sterile. Please ensure aseptic handling during use to avoid microbial contamination.
2.For extended storage, the product may be kept at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For small volume use, aliquoting is recommended.
3.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves when handling.
