概述
吲哚-3-丁酸，英文名为Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA)，CAS号：133-32-4，分子式为C₁₂H₁₃NO₂，分子量为 203.24。生长素类广谱植物生长调节剂，具有促进植物生根的作用，常用于插条及苗木生根处理、植物组织培养中不定根诱导及浸根、浸种等处理，广泛用于植物组织培养及植物生理学研究中。
使用方法：
1、本产品已过滤除菌，可以直接使用。使用前需解冻并充分混匀。
2、参考使用浓度：草本植物浸根移植 10-20 mg/L，木本植物扦插浸泡 50-100 mg/L，植物组织培养不定根诱导 0.25-1.5 mg/L；具体使用浓度请根据实验要求确定。
3、稀释时请使用无菌水或无菌缓冲液，稀释液建议现配现用。
注意事项：
1、本产品仅供科研使用，请勿用于医药、临床诊断或治疗，食品及化妆品等用途。
2、为了您的安全和健康，请穿好实验服并佩戴一次性手套和口罩操作。
3、使用过程中请注意无菌操作，避免污染；如发现溶液浑浊、变色或出现沉淀，请勿继续使用。
4、反复冻融易导致活性降低，如果每次的使用量很小，可以适当分装后再使用。
Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA), CAS No.: 133-32-4, Molecular Formula: C₁₂H₁₃NO₂, Molecular Weight: 203.24. It is a broad-spectrum auxin plant growth regulator that promotes plant rooting. It is commonly used for rooting treatment of cuttings and seedlings, adventitious root induction in plant tissue culture, root soaking, seed soaking and other treatments, and widely applied in plant tissue culture and plant physiology research.
Instructions for Use:
1. This product has been sterile-filtered and can be used directly. Thaw and mix thoroughly before use.
2. Recommended working concentrations: 10-20 mg/L for root soaking of herbaceous plants for transplantation, 50-100 mg/L for soaking of woody plant cuttings, 0.25-1.5 mg/L for adventitious root induction in plant tissue culture; the specific concentration shall be determined according to experimental requirements.
3. Dilute with sterile water or sterile buffer. The diluted working solution is recommended to be freshly prepared.
Precautions:
1. This product is for research use only. Do not use it for medicine, clinical diagnosis or treatment, food, cosmetics or other purposes.
2. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat, disposable gloves and a mask during operation.
3. Aseptic operation should be adopted during use to avoid contamination. Do not continue to use the solution if it becomes turbid, discolored or precipitates form.
4. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles may reduce the activity. If the usage volume per time is small, aliquot appropriately before use.
