Weigh 20 g of this product, add 1 L of distilled water or deionized water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, divide into test tubes or conical flasks, and sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes. For general bacterial culture, especially for the preservation and enrichment of Escherichia coli in molecular biology experiments. |
