概述
本产品用于大肠菌群、大肠杆菌的测定。
检验原理
胰蛋白胨在培养基中作为营养物质提供菌体细胞生长所需要的氮源、维生素、 氨基酸及生长因子等；乳糖提供菌体细胞生长所需要的碳源；氯化钠维持体系渗透压平衡； 磷酸盐为菌体生长提供相对稳定的酸碱缓冲体系；月桂基硫酸钠抑制非大肠菌群类细菌的生 长。

称取本品 35.6g，加热溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中，分装，121℃高压灭菌 15 分钟，备用。

This product is used for the detection of coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli.
Principle
Tryptone serves as a nutrient source, providing nitrogen, vitamins, amino acids, growth factors, and other nutrients required for bacterial growth. Lactose provides a carbon source for bacterial growth. Sodium chloride maintains the osmotic balance of the medium. Phosphates provide a relatively stable buffering system for bacterial growth. Sodium lauryl sulfate inhibits the growth of non-coliform bacteria.

Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place. The shelf life is 3 years.
Directions for Use
Suspend 35.6 g of the product in 1,000 mL of distilled water. Heat until completely dissolved, dispense into suitable containers, and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. The prepared medium is then ready for use.

1. Ensure that all required equipment and utensils are clean before preparation.
2. For your safety and health, wear a laboratory coat and disposable gloves during handling.
