摘要
The lanthanide La 1-x Ca x CoO 3 perovskite nanofibers are synthesized via a two-step electrospinning process followed by calcination. Detailed analysis is carried out on microstructure, morphology, elemental composition and chemical bonding state of La 1-x Ca x CoO 3 perovskite. The La 1-x Ca x CoO 3 nanomaterials exhibit a hollow nanotube structure. Notably, La 0.85 Ca 0.15 CoO 3 exhibits the smallest nanotube diameter (100 nm) and the largest specific surface area (47.52 m 2 ·g −1 ), as well as the highest specific capacitance (316 F/g). After 6000 cycles, the specific capacitance of the La 0.85 Ca 0.15 CoO 3 electrode demonstrated a 200% gradual increase, with efficiency remaining above 95%. To evaluate the practical viability of the material, a coin cell was assembled using the optimized La 0.85 Ca 0.15 FeO 3 electrode, and its energy and power densities were compared with the results from the three-electrode system. At 1000 W kg −1 , the high energy densities of the three-electrode and coin cell device systems attain values of 60.8 and 45.0 Wh kg −1 , respectively. This proposed synthesis strategy has the potential to yield significant advancements for high-performance supercapacitor electrode materials.
