摘要
The abuse and residue of antibiotics pose a serious threat to environmental and human health, making the development of rapid and sensitive on-site detection technologies crucial. This study presents a novel strategy for the fabrication of a MOF-on-MOF heterojunction electrode via electrospinning, achieving high-performance detection of furazolidone (FZD) and dimetridazole (DMZ). The Fe/Ni-MOF core was epitaxially grown with Fe/Co-MOF nanosheet to construct Fe/Ni@Fe/Co-MOF core-shell nanocomposites. The integration of electrospinning technology enabled the scalable production of Fe/Ni@Fe/Co-MOF/PAN/SPCE electrodes at a rate of 10 units per 15-min batch. The fabricated sensor displayed excellent reproducibility, wide linear ranges (0.004–126 μM for FZD, 0.02–375 μM for DMZ), and ultra-low detection limits (1.3 nM for FZD, 5 nM for DMZ). Furthermore, it demonstrated remarkable robustness in complex environments, achieving recovery rates consistently above 96% and exhibiting strong anti-interference capabilities.
