摘要

The rapid development of multi-band detection technologies has imposed increasingly stringent requirements on materials capable of simultaneously regulating microwave absorption and infrared thermal signatures. A flexible FeCo@C/Carbon Foam/Polythiophene (FCCP) composite film with a hetero-porous architecture is rationally engineered via in situ polymerization to integrate broadband electromagnetic (EM) attenuation and infrared thermal suppression. The hybrid magneto-electric network incorporating conductive polymers enables effective microwave absorption while reducing infrared emissivity. The FCCP composite achieves effective radar cross-section suppression over the entire X-band, together with low infrared emissivity values of 0.63 in the mid-infrared (3-5 μm) and 0.38 in the far-infrared (8-12 μm) regions. Multiphysics simulations based on COMSOL solid heat transfer models elucidate the coupled heat dissipation and radiation behaviors, providing mechanistic insight into infrared thermal regulation. Moreover, the combination of low emissivity and effective thermal management ensures stable infrared suppression under prolonged operation exceeding 24   h. This work demonstrates a materials-architecture-based strategy for integrating EM attenuation, infrared thermal suppression, and thermal management within a single flexible system, offering guidance for the design of next-generation multifunctional compatible materials.
