概述
本品为黑色悬浮液，分散溶剂为磷酸缓冲液（PBS）。四氧化三铁磁性纳米微球具有粒径分布均一，饱和磁化强度高的特点。悬浮液久置会沉降，振摇、超声可重新分散磁性微球。四氧化三铁磁性微球具有粒径分布均匀、磁场中沉降速度一致和超顺磁性等特点。由于具有超高的饱和磁化强度，适合于从高粘度的生物样品中提取基因组DNA。四氧化三铁磁性微球表面通过化学修饰可以结合上一系列不同的化学官能团及具有特异性的抗体、蛋白和核酸，可应用于核酸纯化、细胞筛选、免疫分析、临床诊断等多个领域，是医学、分子生物学研究中不可或缺的分离纯化工具。特点： 1. 超强的磁响应性 （饱和磁化率 >70 emu/g ） 2. 粒径分布均一 【使用注意事项】 1. 四氧化三铁磁性微球可以耐受丙酮、甲苯、氯仿等有机溶剂。2. 用前振摇分散，超声波有助于磁性微球的分散。3. 使用前用PBS等溶液清洗 【规格】 5ml装Fe3O4的PBS悬浮液，固含量0.5 %（w/v） 25mg装Fe3O4干粉 【溶剂组成】 PBS pH 7.40 叠氮化钠 0.01 % （防腐剂）
