概述
氨基酸（AminoAcids）是蛋白质组成的基本单位，也是构成生命的重要成分。根据细胞自身合成的能力，可将氨基酸分为三类：必需氨基酸、半必需氨基酸和非必须氨基酸。MEM氨基酸溶液（MEMAminoAcids）包含甲硫氨酸、色氨酸、赖氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和苏氨酸8种必须氨基酸，和精氨酸、组氨酸2种半必须氨基酸，以及酪氨酸、胱氨酸2种非必须氨基酸。MEM氨基酸溶液（MEMAminoAcids）中各氨基酸的含量（L-谷氨酰胺除外）是MEM培养基中氨基酸含量的50倍，在细胞培养中是常用的添加剂之一。

Amino acids are the fundamental units of protein composition and important components of life. According to the ability of cells to synthesize themselves, amino acids can be divided into three categories: essential amino acids, semi essential amino acids, and non essential amino acids. MEM Amino Acids solution contains eight essential amino acids, namely methionine, tryptophan, lysine, valine, isoleucine, leucine, phenylalanine, and threonine, as well as two semi essential amino acids, arginine and histidine, and two non essential amino acids, tyrosine and cysteine. The content of various amino acids in MEM amino acids solution is 50 times higher than that in MEM culture medium, and it is one of the commonly used additives in cell culture.
