In Vitro
M4K2234 (0-5 μM) shows inhibitory effects against WT and DIPG-linked mutant forms of ALK2 with IC 50 s of 5, 3, 6 and 6 nM for WT, G328V, R206H and R258G, respectively. MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
