使用说明
用纯化水将10×浓缩液按1:10比例稀释，以获得1×工作液。
将1×工作液加入收集管中（推荐体积：预期洗脱液体积的1/10）。
将酸性洗脱液直接收集到中和缓冲液中。
轻轻混合，如有必要，请验证最终pH值。
注意事项
稀释后的工作液在4°C条件下可稳定保存4周。
为获得最佳效果，请使用预冷的纯化水进行稀释。
根据具体洗脱缓冲液的酸度调整中和液体积。
务必在收集洗脱液后立即进行中和。

Instructions for Use
