概述
细菌学蛋白胨是以动物组织，经酶、酸、碱水解而获得的一种䏡、胨、肽、氨基酸组成的水溶性混合物，用于微生物培养基的配制，主要作用是为微生物生长提供氮源和氨基酸。

注意事项：
1. 称量时注意粉尘，佩戴口罩操作以避免引起呼吸道系统不适。

3. 未开封产品保质期三年，开封后根据存放条件的不同保质时间存在一定的差异。
Bacteriological Peptone is a water‑soluble mixture composed of proteoses, peptones, peptides and amino acids, which is obtained by enzymatic, acid or alkaline hydrolysis of animal tissues. It is widely used in the preparation of microbial culture media, and mainly provides nitrogen sources and amino acids for microbial growth.

Precautions:
1. Take precautions against dust during weighing. Wear a mask to avoid respiratory discomfort.
2. Tighten the bottle cap immediately after use of the powder to prevent moisture absorption and caking. Store in a dark and dry place.
3. The shelf life of unopened products is three years. The shelf life of opened products varies depending on storage conditions.
