概述
聚赖氨酸（ε-poly-L-lysine，简称ε-PL）是一种由白色链霉菌(Streptomyces albulus)发酵生产的含有25～35个L－赖氨酸残基的同型单体聚合物，对革兰氏阳性和阴性菌、酵母菌、霉菌、病毒等都有明显的抑制作用，广泛用于食品，日化，医药产品。该产品可以完全被人体消化吸收，分解成为人体必需的赖氨酸，无任何毒副作用。
产品用途：
在食品中的应用： 目前, 聚赖氨酸被广泛应用于食品、饮料中，如蛋糕，糕点、快餐食品,黄油,沙拉酱、饮料、酒类、肉制品、罐头等； 在化妆品、日化产品中的应用： 化妆品在生产、存储和使用过程中，极易受微生物的污染而导致腐败。化妆品由于微生物污染而产生变质、发霉对人体皮肤的危害非常大。ε-PL由于具有广谱抗菌性，能有效抑制各种微生物的生长，确保产品质量。ε-PL为多种氨基酸的聚合物，因此也是一种营养型防腐剂，所以为绿色环保、安全高效。此外，ε-PL还广泛应用于牙膏、漱口液、肥皂、洗手液、湿巾、厨房清洗、妇女卫生巾、婴儿尿片等日化产品。 医用方面中的应用： ε-聚赖氨酸富含阳离子，与带有阴离子的物质有较强的静电作用力并且对生物膜有良好的穿透力，基于这一特性多聚赖氨酸可用于某些药物的载体，因此在医疗和制药方面得到广泛应用。ε-聚赖氨酸与氨甲嘌呤(治疗白血病、肿瘤的药物)聚合，能提高药物的疗效。 电脉冲对不同分子量聚赖氨酸修饰的细胞膜的破坏程度，发现细胞膜吸附高分子量聚赖氨酸会降低其破损临界电压。
Poly-L-lysine (ε - PL) is a kind of homomonomer polymer with 25-35 L-lysine residues produced by Streptomyces albulus. It has obvious inhibitory effect on Gram-positive and negative bacteria, yeasts, molds and viruses. It is widely used in food, daily chemical and pharmaceutical products. The product can be completely digested and absorbed by human body, decomposed into lysine necessary for human body, without any toxic and side effects.
Product Application
Application in food: at present, polylysine is widely used in food and beverage, such as cake, pastry, fast food, butter, salad dressing, beverage, wine, meat products, canned food, etc.; application in cosmetics and daily chemical products: cosmetics are easily contaminated by microorganisms in the process of production, storage and use. Cosmetics due to microbial pollution and deterioration, moldy, very harmful to human skin. Due to its broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, ε - PL can effectively inhibit the growth of various microorganisms and ensure the quality of products. ε - PL is a polymer of many amino acids, so it is also a kind of nutritional preservative, so it is green, safe and efficient. In addition, ε - PL is also widely used in toothpaste, mouthwash, soap, hand sanitizer, wipes, kitchen cleaning, women's sanitary napkins, baby diapers and other daily chemical products. Medical applications: ε - polylysine is rich in cations, has strong electrostatic force with anionic substances, and has good penetration to biofilm. Based on this characteristic, polylysine can be used as the carrier of some drugs, so it has been widely used in medical and pharmaceutical fields. The polymerization of ε - polylysine and aminomethylpurine can improve the therapeutic effect of drugs. It was found that the adsorption of high molecular weight poly (L-lysine) could reduce the critical voltage of cell membrane damage.
