2、Pomalidomide-PEG2-butyl iodide (CAS No.1835705-72-0) is a crosslinker-E3 ligase ligand conjugate consisting of an E3 ligase ligand pomalidomide and a PEGylated crosslinker with terminal iodoalkane that reacts with the nucleophilic group of the target ligand. It has been used as a degrader building block in PROTAC for targeted protein degradation.
