阿拉丁生产的PVP封片液(Polyvinylpyrrolidone Mounting Medium)是一种采用polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)为主要封片介质的无毒水性封片液，可以用于常规的各种切片、涂片等的封片。本PVP封片液中的主要有效成分为PVP和甘油。本封片液封片后，不使用盖玻片也可以直接在显微镜下观察。PVP干燥后会在样品表面产生一层保护膜。本PVP封片液几乎是一种最易用的封片液，相对不易产生气泡，封片液的流动性比较好，封片比较方便。封片后盖上盖玻片，盖玻片会被很好地粘附在载玻片上。
注意事项：
需自备盖玻片与载玻片。盖玻片与载玻片可以向阿拉丁订购。使用完毕，请注意拧好瓶盖。PVP封片液中的水分不断挥发，会导致该封片液逐渐变得非常粘稠。本封片液本身有一定的粘稠性，但由于水分过度蒸发出现过于粘稠至不便使用或有微生物污染则宜丢弃。使用本封片液封片后，随着封片液中的水分逐渐减少，折光率会逐渐上升。折光率的变化通常不会影响样品染色部位的观察，但会影响到样品未染色部分的观察。 本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
使用说明：
1. 贴壁细胞样品：A.染色完毕后，吸尽液体。B. 滴一滴PVP封片液于载玻片上，盖上贴有细胞的盖玻片，让细胞接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。C. 随后即可在显微镜下观察细胞样品。2. 组织切片：A.染色完毕后，吸尽液体。B. 滴一滴PVP封片液于组织切片上，盖上盖玻片，让切片接触封片液，尽量避免气泡。C. 随后即可在显微镜下观察组织切片。3. 其它样品： 其它样品参考贴壁细胞样品或组织切片进行操作。

Aladdin's Polyvinylpyrrolidone Mounting Medium is a non-toxic water-based sealing solution using polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as the main sealing medium, which can be used for conventional sealing of various slices and smears. The main active components in the PVP sealing solution are PVP and glycerol. After the sealing liquid is used, it can also be observed directly under the microscope without using the cover glass. When PVP dries, it creates a protective film on the surface of the sample. The PVP sealing liquid is almost one of the most easy to use sealing liquid, it is relatively difficult to produce bubbles, the sealing liquid has better fluidity, and the sealing liquid is convenient. After the sealing, cover the cover slide, which will be adhered to the slide well.
Precautions：
Be sure to tighten the cap after each use to avoid water evaporation and microorganism contamination of the PVP Mounting Medium. Excessive water evaporation will cause the mounting medium too viscous to be used.After mounting with the PVP Mounting Medium, the refractive index of the mounted slide increases with the evaporation of water, which usually affects the observation of the unstained part of samples, but not the stained part of samples.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.
Instructions for Use：
1. For Adherent cells:a. After staining and washing, remove and discard the wash solution.b. Add one drop of PVP Mounting Medium on the glass slide, cover with a coverslip with adherent cells allowing cells contact with the medium, and avoid the production of air bubbles.c. Examine cells by a microscopy.2. For tissue sections:d. After staining and washing, remove and discard the wash solution.e. Add one drop of PVP Mounting Medium onto the tissue section on a glass slide, cover with a coverslip and avoid the production of air bubbles.f. Examine cells by a microscopy.3. For other samples:Refer to the methods described for either adherent cell samples or tissue sections.
