本品为即用型无菌麻醉剂，有效成分为三溴乙醇（Tribromoethanol，TBE，亦名阿佛丁），属于非管制药物；该试剂曾被推荐用于转基因鼠传代相关外科手术的麻醉。使用方式为腹腔注射，操作简单方便，麻醉起效时间3-10 min，维持时间 22-90 min，仅可用于兔子的麻醉。

以上为我们验证时使用常用剂量，不同批次动物可能有一定的差异，建议使用前做好预实验，我公司验证 30 μL/10g，起效时间约4 min，深度麻醉在22 min左右，90 min能运动。
注意事项
1. 仅用于兔子麻醉，使用前一定摇一摇；实验兔需麻醉前禁食一晚。
2. 开封后推荐在2周内使用。长时间存储成分会析出或分解，造成麻醉效果下降，甚至腹膜炎。使用前请务必确定标签上保质期，并观察是否变色或有结晶析出。如果有晶体析出，可以37℃水浴溶解。正式实验前请先进行预实验。
3. 推荐麻醉剂量：实验兔按30 μL/10g计算（此为推荐使用量，可根据实际情况进行调整）。
4. 仅用于科研（非临床科研研究）。
This product is a ready‑to‑use sterile anesthetic, with the active ingredient Tribromoethanol (TBE, also known as Avertin). It is a non‑controlled substance. This reagent has been recommended for anesthesia in surgical procedures related to transgenic rabbit breeding. It is administered via intraperitoneal injection, making it simple and convenient to use. The anesthetic takes effect in 3–10 minutes and lasts for 22–90 minutes. It is intended only for anesthesia in rabbits.

The above dose is based on our validation studies using common protocols. Some variation may occur between different batches of animals. It is recommended to perform a pilot experiment before use. In our validation, 30 µL/10 g resulted in an onset time of approximately 4 minutes, deep anesthesia around 22 minutes, and mobility restored by 90 minutes
Precautions
1. For rabbit anesthesia only. Shake well before use. Experimental rabbits should be fasted overnight prior to anesthesia.
2. After opening, it is recommended to use within 2 weeks. Prolonged storage may lead to precipitation or decomposition of components, reducing anesthetic efficacy or even causing peritonitis. Before use, always check the expiration date on the label and observe whether the solution has changed color or developed crystals. If crystals have formed, dissolve them in a 37°C water bath. Perform a pilot experiment before formal studies.
3. Recommended anesthetic dose: 30 µL/10 g for experimental rabbits (this is a recommended starting dose; adjust according to actual conditions).
