Recombinant Human Reg1B Protein (rp150926) - SDS-PAGE 3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human Reg1B Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing the band at 18 kDa under reducing condition and 16 & 32 kDa under non-reducing condition. Reg family members Reg1A and Reg3A have been reported to form homodimers or heterodimers. It is speculated that Reg1B may also form dimers, and these dimers could dissociate into monomers under reducing conditions (PMID: 31696115).
