Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (AF660) (rp177491) - IF IF analysis of beta I Tubulin (red) in Hela cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with CD45 Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab185413) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
