生化机理
MPT63 is a small, secreted immunogenic protein produced by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the bacterium causing tuberculosis (TB). It belongs to a family of proteins abundantly found in the culture filtrate of actively growing mycobacteria, hence its designation (Mycobacterium tuberculosis Protein in culture filtrate, 63rd identified). Encoded by the gene Rv1926c, MPT63 is part of the HspX operon.

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute at 1.0 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.
