生化机理
XCL2 (also knowns as SCM1-β and SCYC-2) is a member of C chemokine sub-family that is highly related to XCL1. XCL2 binds and activates the G protein-coupled receptor, XCR1. XCL2 is constitutively expressed by unstimulated natural killer (NK) cells and to a lesser extent by inactive CD8+ T cells.
19.7-26.6 kDa, under reducing conditions; 24.4-33.3 kDa, under non-reducing conditions.

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤ -20 °C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Recombinant Human XCL2 Protein (rp229029) - SDS-PAGE
3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human XCL2 Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing a band at 19.7-26.6 kDa under reducing conditions and 24.4-33.3 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
Structurally, XCL1 and XCL2 are very similar. The monomer form of XCL2 is responsible for G protein-coupled receptor activation while the dimeric form is important for GAG binding (PMID: 25497737).
