生化机理
IgG1 Fcplays a role in antigen binding activity and immunoglobulin receptor binding activity. IgG1 Fc takes part in the activation of immune & defensive response. IgG1 Fc takes part in the upstream of immunoglobulin mediated immune response, positive regulation of hypersensitivity & regulation of phagocytosis.
Post-translational: Glycosylation on Asn-180 is required for interaction with Fc receptors and ability to activate the complement pathway. (Microbial infection) Deglycosylation on Asn-180 by S.pyogenes EndoS or Endos2 endoglucosidases prevents interaction between immunoglobulin-gamma (IgG) and Fc receptors, impairing ability to activate the complement pathway.

3 μg/lane of Recombinant Human Efgartigimod alfa Protein was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing a band at 31.0 kDa under reducing conditions and 51.4 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
