生化机理
Thiol protease, with a preference for substrates with a large hydrophobic side chain in the P2 position, or with basic residues. Cleaves and activates the host G protein-coupled receptor MRGPRX1. Catalytic activity: Broad endopeptidase specificity. EC:3.4.22.65.
Post-translational: N-glycosylated. N-glycanase treatment does not completely remove carbohydrates, suggesting that the protein contains additional glycosylation sites.
Lyophilized from 10mM PBS, 5% Trehalose, 5% Mannitol, pH7.4.

Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml.
