概述
银纳米粒子具有粒径分布均一，在水溶液中性能稳定等特点。与金纳米粒子类似，可以通过表面修饰得到携带氨基，羧基，羟基，氨基酸等不同官能团的纳米颗粒，用于基于胶粒凝集效应的高灵敏度检测。 针对当前乳制品中三聚氰胺检测的需要，推出了通过特殊的化学修饰技术偶联氰尿酸分子（MTT）的银纳米粒子新产品。该纳米粒子可以与样品中的痕量三聚氰胺结合，导致溶液颜色由黄色向黑色变化，用于乳制品或饲料中三聚氰胺的快速检测。
Silver nanoparticles with uniform particle size distribution in aqueous solution and stable performance. Silver nanoparticles with surface modification can be obtained by carrying amino, carboxyl, hydroxyl and amino functional groups of different nanoparticle aggregation effect for the particles based on the high sensitivity detection. For the current needs of melamine in dairy products, introduced through a special chemical modification techniques coupled cyanuric acid molecule (MTT) of silver nanoparticles new products. The nanoparticles can sample trace melamine combined, resulting in color of the solution changes from yellow to black, dairy or feed for the rapid detection of melamine.
