漆酶（Laccase）是一种含铜的多酚氧化酶，属于铜蓝氧化酶家族，广泛分布于真菌和高等植物中，具有较强的氧化还原能力，在纸浆生物漂白，环境污染物降解和木质纤维素降解以及生物检测方面有非常广泛的应用。 测定原理：漆酶分解底物ABTS产生ABTS自由基，在420nm处的吸光系数远大于底物ABTS，测定ABTS自由基的增加速率，可计算得漆酶活性。
Laccase is a copper-containing polyphenol oxidase belonging to the ceruloplasmin oxidase family. It is widely distributed in fungi and higher plants, possesses strong redox capabilities, and has broad applications in pulp biobleaching, environmental pollutant degradation, lignocellulose degradation, and biosensing. Determination Principle: Laccase oxidizes the substrate ABTS to generate ABTS radicals. The absorbance coefficient at 420 nm is significantly higher than that of the substrate ABTS. Laccase activity is calculated by measuring the rate of increase in ABTS radicals.
