概述
沙氏葡萄糖液体培养基（Sabouraud Dextrose Broth，SDB，又称沙氏葡萄糖肉汤）是常用真菌液体培养基，呈弱酸性，富含葡萄糖与有机氮源，适宜酵母菌、霉菌生长，可抑制多数细菌。常用于用于药品、生物制品中真菌的培养，常规培养温度 20～25 ℃。
原理和用途：
动物组织胃蛋白酶水解物和胰酪胨的混合物提供氮源、维生素和生长因子等；葡萄糖提供碳源。
配制方法：
称取本品30.0g，置于1L纯化水中。加热搅拌至完全溶解，分装，121°C高压灭菌15min，备用。

注意事项：
1. 称取培养基时，请做好必要的防护措施，以免引起身体不适。
2. 培养基应置于避光、干燥处保存，使用后应立即旋紧瓶盖，以免吸潮结块。
3. 使用后的培养基应在121°C下高压灭菌30分钟后处理。
4、本品不得用于临床检测。
Sabouraud Dextrose Broth (SDB) is a common liquid medium for fungi. It is weakly acidic and rich in glucose and organic nitrogen sources, supporting the growth of yeasts and moulds while inhibiting most bacteria. It is routinely used for fungal culture in pharmaceuticals and biological products, with an incubation temperature of 20–25 °C.
Principle and Purpose:
A mixture of peptic digest of animal tissue and pancreatic digest of casein supplies nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; glucose serves as the carbon source.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 30.0 g of this product and add to 1 L of purified water. Heat and stir until completely dissolved, dispense into suitable containers, sterilize by autoclaving at 121 °C for 15 min, and set aside for use.

Precautions:
1. Take necessary protective measures when weighing the medium to avoid physical discomfort.
2. The medium shall be stored in a dark and dry place. Tighten the bottle cap immediately after use to prevent moisture absorption and caking.
3. The used medium shall be autoclaved at 121℃ for 30 minutes before disposal.
4. This product is not intended for clinical testing.
