Conjugated streptavidin to magnetic beads as solid matrix, which can combine and separate many biotinylated complexes simply, fast and effectively, such as biotin labeled antibodies, nucleic acids or other biotin ligand and target molecule. The high affinity between streptavidin and biotin has a wide application. After binding with magnetic beads, get the property of easy operation and system optimization of capture, rinsing and testing process of biotinylated. The magnetic beads are monolayer instead of multilayer recombinant streptavidin, these characteristics make the surface of the beads have large amount of the biotin binding sites for free biotin and biotin ligand and target molecules. No excessive physical adsorption of streptavidin to ensure that only little amounts of streptavidin were missed. The product has little difference of batches and good repeatability of results. PH range 1-9.
