Aladdin offers the two chain Kinin-free form of Kininogen. This is prepared by Kallikrein digestion of Kininogen which is then repurified to remove traces of Kallikrein. The Two Chain High MW Kininogen is greater than 95% pure as judged by SDS-PAGE and shows complete reduction upon incubation with 2-mercaptoethanol.

The above protein was purified from Human plasma units that test negative for antibodies to HBc, HCV, HIV 1/2, HTLV-I/II, and non reactive for HBsAg, HIV-1 RNA, HCV RNA, HBV DNA and Syphilis by FDA approved tests. Donors are screened for CJD.
