概述
平衡盐溶液 (Balanced Salt Solution, BSS) 与细胞生长状态下的 pH 值、渗透压等环境状态一致，具有维持渗透压、控制酸碱平衡、供给细胞生存代谢所必需的能量和无机盐成分等作用，可满足体外实验中细胞生存并维持一定的代谢的基本需要。TEN 缓冲液 (1×, pH7.2) 由 Tris、EDTA、NaCl 等组成，pH 值约为 7.2，由于其由 Tris-EDTA-NaCl 组成，因此简称为 TEN 缓冲液。该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤 (仅供参考)
1、抗体或抗体与 HRP、AP 的偶联物溶解于 TEN 缓冲液 (1×, pH7.2) 中，装入透析袋置于 1～2L (4℃) 的 TEN 缓冲液透析过夜。
2、更换 TEN 缓冲液继续透析 4h 以上。

Balanced Salt Solution (BSS) matches the environmental conditions such as pH and osmotic pressure under cell growth status. It functions to maintain osmotic pressure, regulate acid-base balance, and supply energy and inorganic salts essential for cell survival and metabolism, meeting the basic requirements for cell survival and sustaining normal metabolism in in vitro experiments.TEN Buffer (1×, pH 7.2) is composed of Tris, EDTA, NaCl and other components, with a pH of approximately 7.2. It is abbreviated as TEN Buffer because it consists of Tris‑EDTA‑NaCl. This reagent is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other applications.
Operating Procedures (For Reference Only)
1. Dissolve the antibody or antibody-HRP/AP conjugates in TEN Buffer (1×, pH 7.2), transfer into a dialysis bag, and dialyze overnight in 1–2 L of TEN Buffer at 4 °C.
2. Replace with fresh TEN Buffer and continue dialysis for more than 4 h.
Precautions
1. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
2. Use the reagent promptly after opening to avoid affecting subsequent experimental results.
