产品介绍
酮体是肝脏脂肪酸氧化分解的中间产物乙酰乙酸、β-羟基丁酸及丙酮三者统称。酮体中丙酮的生成量相当小，生成后即被吸收。乙酰乙酸和β-羟基丁酸则经血流进入肝外组织，在此被氧化，经柠檬酸循环提供更多能量给那些组织使用，例如骨、心肌和肾皮质。本试剂盒主要用于定性检测人、动物尿液中酮体含量。
本试剂盒检测原理如下：含酮体的尿液中加亚硝基铁氰化钠，在碱性溶液作用下生成紫色环。

使用方法
1. 样本测定
（1）取凹玻片，向凹孔内加入一小勺酮体粉试剂。
（2）滴加新鲜尿液于酮体粉试剂上，完全浸湿，静置后观察。
2. 结果判断

注意事项
1. 尿液酮体浓度高时，紫色明显。
2. 当含有大量非晶形尿酸盐时，则产生黄色至褐色环。
3. 应注意密闭保存，否则显色不佳。

Introduction
Ketone bodies are the collective term for three intermediate products of fatty acid oxidation in the liver: acetoacetic acid, β-hydroxybutyrate, and acetone. Acetone is produced in very small amounts and is rapidly absorbed upon formation. Acetoacetate and β-hydroxybutyrate enter extrahepatic tissues via the bloodstream, where they are oxidized through the citric acid cycle to provide additional energy to these tissues, such as bone, myocardium, and renal cortex. This kit is mainly used for qualitative detection of ketone body content in human and animal urine.
The principle of this test kit is as follows: when urine containing ketone bodies is mixed with sodium nitroprusside, a purple ring forms under alkaline conditions.

Instructions for Use
1. Sample measurement
(1) Take the concave glass slide and add a small spoonful of ketone powder reagent into the concave hole.
(2) Drop the fresh urine onto the ketone body reagent, making it fully wet. Observe after standing still.
2. Result judgment

Precautions
1. When the urine ketone concentration is high, an obvious purple color develops.
2. When there is a large amount of amorphous urate salts, a yellow to brown ring will be produced.
3. Seal tightly for storage; otherwise, poor color‑development will occur.
4. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation.
