概述
HRP（horseradish peroxidase，辣根过氧化物酶），是一种糖蛋白，广泛分布于植物中，分子量小，标记物容易穿透入细胞内部，比活性高，稳定，纯酶容易制备。常用于生化检测分析，免疫类Elisa试剂盒，是多种试剂盒显色体系的关键成分。 过氧化物酶标记抗体，是一类广泛用于免疫学、分子生物学及临床医学的各个分支学科中的特异、敏感和安全的免疫化学制剂。 我们提供了HRP抗体标记试剂盒以及标记好的HRP 羊抗鼠及羊抗兔二抗（请访问www..com）。
注意事项：
1. 管子从冰箱拿出需先恢复至室温，再揭开管子封口膜打开产品，避免产品回潮，影响产品使用效果。 2. 标记体积大时，标记过程建议使用混匀仪。 3. 标记环境以0.01M pH7.4 PBS最佳，不应含有甘油、叠氮钠、氨基物（包括甘氨酸、Tris等），EDTA等物质。 4. 若含有以上物质，建议用PBS进行充分透析或者超滤管以除去以上物质。 V1：IgG体积；V2：IgG修饰液体积；V3：终止液体积；V4：抗体保存液体积

Product introduction：
HRP (horseradish peroxidase) is a glycoprotein, widely distributed in plants, with small molecular weight, easy penetration of markers into cells, high specific activity, stability, and easy preparation of pure enzyme. It is commonly used in biochemical detection and analysis, and immune ELISA kit is the key component of a variety of kit color development systems. Peroxidase labeled antibody is a kind of specific, sensitive and safe immunochemical agent widely used in immunology, molecular biology and clinical medicine. We provided HRP antibody labeling kit and labeled HRP Goat anti mouse and Goat anti rabbit secondary antibodies (please visit www.uelandy.com).
Matters needing attention：
1. when the tube is taken out of the refrigerator, it should be restored to room temperature first, and then the tube sealing film should be opened to open the product, so as to avoid moisture regain and affect the use effect of the product. 2. when the marking volume is large, it is recommended to use a blender in the marking process. 3. the best labeling environment is 0.01M pH7.4 PBS, which should not contain glycerol, sodium azide, amino substances (including glycine, Tris, etc.), EDTA and other substances. 4. if it contains the above substances, it is recommended to use PBS for full dialysis or ultrafiltration tube to remove the above substances.
