概述
氨基 PEG 羧酸（NH₂-PEG-COOH）是纳米反应性异双功能聚乙二醇衍生物之一，其一端连接氨基，另一端连接羧基。氨基聚乙二醇酸可通过氨基或其他酸反应性化学基团修饰蛋白质、肽和其他材料。聚乙二醇化可提高肽和蛋白质的溶解度和稳定性，并降低其免疫原性。此外，它还能抑制带电分子与修饰表面的非特异性结合。
Amino PEG Acid (NH2-PEG-COOH) is one of Nanocs reactive heterobifunctional PEG derivatives that have an amine group on one PEG end and a carboxylic acid group on the other PEG terminus. Amino PEG acid can be used to modify proteins, peptides and other materials via amino or other acid reactive chemical groups. PEGylation can increase solubility and stability and reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces.
