概述
发根农杆菌是根瘤菌科(Rhizobiaceae)农杆菌属(agrobacterium)的一种革兰氏阴性土壤细菌，它能够感染大多数双子叶植物和少数单子叶植物以及个别裸子植物。Ar.A4发根农杆菌菌株含有农杆碱型Ri质粒，具有广泛的宿主范围（玉米，烟草，胡萝卜，甘草等），同时具有卡那霉素抗性。

Agrobacterium rhizogenes is a Gram-negative soil bacterium belonging to the genus Agrobacterium in the family Rhizobiaceae. It can infect most dicotyledonous plants, a few monocotyledonous plants, and some gymnosperms. The Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain Ar.A4 contains an agropine-type Ri plasmid, has a broad host range (including maize, tobacco, carrot, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, etc.), and is resistant to kanamycin.

Product Specification: 200 μL Glycerol Stock
Strain Amplification: Take 100–200 μL of the glycerol stock, inoculate it into 3–5 mL of fresh TY medium (with Kan+ resistance), and incubate with shaking overnight at 30°C. Alternatively, you can first streak the glycerol stock on an agar plate, then pick a single colony, and incubate with shaking overnight.
