概述
发根农杆菌是根瘤菌科(Rhizobiaceae)农杆菌属(agrobacterium)的一种革兰氏阴性土壤细菌，它能够感染大多数双子叶植物和少数单子叶植物以及个别裸子植物。C58C1发根农杆菌菌株含有pRiA4b农杆碱型Ri质粒，具有广泛的宿主范围（蔷薇科，夹竹桃科，豆科，茄科，黄芩，烟草等），同时具有链霉素，利福平抗性。

Agrobacterium rhizogenes is a Gram-negative soil bacterium belonging to the genus Agrobacterium of the family Rhizobiaceae. It can infect most dicotyledonous plants, a few monocotyledonous plants, and some gymnosperms. The Agrobacterium rhizogenes strain C58C1 contains the agropine-type Ri plasmid pRiA4b, has a broad host range (Rosaceae, Apocynaceae, Fabaceae, Solanaceae, Scutellaria baicalensis, Nicotiana tabacum, etc.), and is resistant to streptomycin and rifampicin.

Product Specification: 200 μL Glycerol Stock
Strain Amplification: Take 100–200 μL of the glycerol stock, inoculate it into 3–5 mL of fresh LB medium (with Str+ and Rif+ resistance), and incubate with shaking overnight at 28–30°C. Alternatively, you can first streak the glycerol stock on an agar plate, then pick a single colony, and incubate with shaking overnight.
