用于制备该抗体的组织蛋白酶H免疫原在雅典研究与技术实验室纯化。它是一种天然蛋白质，全分子，从人体肝脏中分离出来。

Form: Ig Fraction (Standard Antisera) obtained by ammonium sulfate precipitation.

Working Dilution: >1:512 by indirect ELISA

Western Blot: At a dilution of 1:8000 the antibody reacts with 0.06 and 0.15 ug of purified human liver cathepsin H and does not react with cathepsins B, D or L.

Not suitable for IEP.

The Cathepsin H immunogen used to prepare this antibody was purified in the Athens Research & Technology laboratory. It is a native protein, whole molecule, isolated from human liver.
