概述
该阻断剂专门针对免疫检测中发生的异嗜性抗体和类风湿因子干扰，适用于免疫检测体系，能有效消除免疫干扰，提高检测的可靠性，减少假阳性和假阴性的发生率。
使用建议
1. 阻断剂使用浓度范围为30-300ug/ml。最终工作浓度应通过梯度实验确定，建议首次使用浓度从较高浓度开始，确定有效果后再梯度稀释至较低浓度，选择更合适经济的使用
浓度。
2. 免疫侧向层析法试剂建议加至标记物垫或样品垫处理液中；化学发光试剂或酶联免疫试剂建议加至磁珠液或酶标液中，也可添加至样品液中；免疫比浊产品建议加至R1 工作液中。
3. 建议选择多种阻断剂进行试验，寻找合适的单一阻断剂产品或阻断剂组合产品使用。
This Blocking Reagent is specially developed to eliminate interference caused by heterophilic antibodies and rheumatoid factors in immunoassays. It is applicable to various immunoassay systems, effectively removing immune interference, improving assay reliability, and reducing the incidence of false positive and false negative results.
Recommendations for Use
1. The recommended working concentration of the blocker ranges from 30 to 300 μg/mL. The final working concentration shall be determined by gradient titration tests. For first-time use, start with a relatively high concentration; after verified effectiveness, perform serial dilution to a lower concentration to select an optimal and cost-effective working concentration.
2. For lateral flow immunoassay reagents: add the blocker to the conjugate pad or sample pad treatment solution.For chemiluminescence & ELISA reagents: add to magnetic bead solution or enzyme conjugate solution, or directly into the sample dilution buffer.For immunoturbidimetric products: add to R1 working reagent.
3. It is recommended to test a variety of blocking agents to identify a suitable single blocking agent product or a combination of blocking agent products for use.
