Flow cytometry analysis of CD86 expression by LPS-stimulated (1 day) C57BL/6 murine splenocytes (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD86 Rat mAb (PE) (Ab185165) at 0.2μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (PE) (Ab180312). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
