Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc (Biotin) (Ab216751) then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/10000 dilution for this ELISA.

Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc (Biotin) (Ab216751) at a dilution of 1/900 was used as the secondary antibody. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Isotype control, Human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
