甜菜碱（Betaine，三甲基甘氨酸），CAS：107-43-7，分子式 C₅H₁₁NO₂，分子量 117.15。本品为 5 mol/L 甜菜碱水溶液，以去离子水配制，是常用的生化调节剂。甜菜碱可稳定蛋白结构、促进蛋白溶解与复性、调节体系渗透压，广泛应用于普通生化实验、蛋白样品处理、生物缓冲体系调节及教学科研实验。本品为高浓度水溶液，低温环境下易出现甜菜碱结晶析出，属于正常物理现象，室温复溶、充分摇匀后即可正常使用，不影响产品性能。本品未做严格无酶纯化与除杂处理，含有微量杂质风险，不建议用于 PCR、荧光定量PCR 等高精度核酸扩增实验。

This product is a 5 mol/L aqueous betaine solution prepared with deionized water, a commonly used biochemical regulator. Betaine can stabilize protein structure, promote protein solubilization and refolding, and regulate system osmotic pressure. It is widely used in general biochemical experiments, protein sample processing, biological buffer system adjustment, as well as teaching and scientific‑research experiments.

This is a high‑concentration aqueous solution. Crystallization of betaine may occur under low‑temperature conditions, which is a normal physical phenomenon. It can be used normally after redissolving at room temperature and thorough shaking without impairing product performance. This product has not undergone strict enzyme‑free purification and impurity‑removal treatment; trace impurities may be present. It is not recommended for high‑precision nucleic‑acid amplification experiments such as PCR and qPCR. For research‑use only; not for clinical diagnosis or human‑related applications.
