概述

二氨基联苯胺（3,3N-Diaminobenzidine Tertrahydrochloride，DAB）是辣根过氧化物酶（horse radish peroxidase，HRP）最常用的显色底物，在 HRP 的催化下，会产生棕色沉淀。DAB 显色增强剂可大幅度提高 DAB 的显色反应的灵敏度，产生很强的深蓝色或蓝黑色颜色。

操作流程：

1、在 1mL DAB 显色工作液中加入 10μL DAB 显色增强剂(100×)，混匀后即可。

2、用含有增强剂的 DAB 显色液覆盖切片，进行染色。

3、用 DAB 染色的组织切片，可用乙醇脱水，用常规树脂封片剂封片。

注意事项：

1、DAB 反应发生迅速，在反应期间，密切观察，防止反应过度及背景过深。可用蒸馏水、PBS 洗片而终止反应。

2、为了您的自身安全，使用试剂前，请做好防护，如穿实验服，带手套等。

Product Description:

3,3'-Diaminobenzidine Tertrahydrochloride (DAB) is the most commonly used chromogenic substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Under the catalysis of HRP, it produces a brown precipitate. DAB Chromogenic Enhancer can significantly improve the sensitivity of DAB's chromogenic reaction, resulting in an intense dark blue or blue-black color.

Operating Procedure:

1. Add 10 μL of DAB Chromogenic Enhancer (100×) to 1 mL of DAB Chromogenic Working Solution, and mix well for use.

2. Cover the sections with the DAB chromogenic solution containing the enhancer to perform staining.

3. Tissue sections stained with DAB can be dehydrated with ethanol and mounted using a conventional resin mounting medium.

Precautions:

1. The DAB reaction occurs rapidly. During the reaction, observe closely to prevent excessive reaction and excessive background darkening. The reaction can be terminated by washing the sections with distilled water or PBS.

2. For your personal safety, please take protective measures before using the reagent, such as wearing a lab coat and gloves.
