葡萄糖(Glucose, Dextrose，Glu)又称玉米葡糖，简称葡糖，化学式C₆H₁₂O₆，分子量为180.16，是自然界分布最广、最重要的一种单糖，属于多羟基醛。用酶学方法测定葡萄糖是生化检测中的常用方法，最常用的有葡萄糖氧化酶法、己糖激酶法，上述酶学法特点是：1、灵敏度、准确度、精密度均高；2、使用温和的反应条件；3、操作简便；4、适用于自动分析仪，测定葡萄糖亦可通过邻甲苯胺法、苯胺法、联苯胺法等实现。 该试剂盒检测原理是无蛋白血滤液中的葡萄糖在加热的碱性环境中铜离子还原成氧化亚铜沉淀，后者使钼酸试剂还原成低价的蓝色钼化合物（钼蓝），使溶液呈蓝色，颜色深浅与葡萄糖含量成正比，其最高吸收峰为640nm，利用酶标仪测定样品和标准品的吸光度值，通过公式可以计算出样品的葡萄糖含量，可用于人或动物的血清、血浆等样本中的葡萄糖含量定量测定，其中Glu标准(5mmol/L)=90mg/dL。该试剂盒仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
Glucose (Glucose, Dextrose, Glu), also known as corn sugar, has the chemical formula C₆H₁₂O₆ and a molecular weight of 180.16. It is one of the most widely distributed and important monosaccharides in nature, belonging to the class of polyhydroxy aldehydes. While enzymatic methods like glucose oxidase and hexokinase are common in biochemical testing, this kit is based on a different chemical principle. The detection principle of this kit is as follows: Glucose in a protein-free blood filtrate reduces copper ions in a heated alkaline environment, forming a precipitate of cuprous oxide. This cuprous oxide then reduces a molybdate reagent to a lower valence blue molybdenum compound (molybdenum blue), causing the solution to turn blue. The intensity of the blue color is proportional to the glucose concentration, with a maximum absorption peak at 640 nm. The glucose content in the sample can be calculated by measuring the absorbance of both the sample and the standard using a microplate reader and applying the appropriate formula. This kit is intended for the quantitative determination of glucose content in samples such as human or animal serum and plasma. Note that the Glucose standard (5 mmol/L) provided is equivalent to 90 mg/dL. This product is for research use only and is not intended for use in diagnostic procedures.
