概述
人源造血干细胞扩增细胞因子套装包含重组 Flt3 配体、干细胞因子（SCF）、血小板生成素（TPO）和白介素 - 3（IL - 3），这些是体外培养造血干细胞（HSCs）时所必需的关键生长因子和细胞因子。这些因子支持造血干细胞的增殖、存活和分化。

Flt3 配体是一种生长因子，可调节早期造血细胞的增殖。它本身并不能刺激早期造血细胞的增殖，但能与其他集落刺激因子和白细胞介素协同作用，诱导细胞生长和分化。
干细胞因子（SCF）是一种造血生长因子，通过与 c-Kit 受体信号传导发挥其活性。SCF 和 c-Kit 对于向黑素细胞和生殖细胞谱系分化的造血细胞的存活、增殖和分化至关重要。人源的 SCF 对小鼠细胞活性较低，而小鼠和大鼠的 SCF 对人细胞则具有完全活性。
血小板生成素（TPO）是一种在肝脏、肾脏和骨骼肌中产生的特异性生长因子。它能刺激巨核细胞的增殖和成熟，并在体内促进血小板循环水平的升高。
白细胞介素 - 3 是一种造血生长因子，可促进巨核细胞、粒细胞 - 巨噬细胞、红细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和肥大细胞谱系的定向祖细胞的存活、分化和增殖。

The Human Hematopoietic Stem Cell Expansion Cytokine Package contains recombinant Flt3 ligand, stem cell factor (SCF), thrombopoietin (TPO), and interleukin-3 (IL-3), critical growth factors and cytokines use in ex vivo culture of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). These factors support the proliferation, survival, and differentiation of HSCs.
The package contains the following four vials:

Flt3 ligand is a growth factor that regulates proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. By itself it does not stimulate proliferation of early hematopoietic cells, but synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation.
SCF is a hematopoietic growth factor that exerts its activity by signaling through the c-Kit receptor. SCF and c-Kit are essential for the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of hematopoietic cells committed to the melanocyte and germ cell lineages. Human SCF manifests low activity on murine cells, while murine and rat SCF are fully active on human cells.
TPO is a lineage-specific growth factor produced in the liver, kidney, and skeletal muscle. It stimulates the proliferation and maturation of megakaryocytes and promotes increased circulating levels of platelets in vivo.
IL-3 is a hematopoietic growth factor that promotes the survival, differentiation, and proliferation of committed progenitor cells of the megakaryocyte, granulocyte-macrophage, erythroid, eosinophil, basophil, and mast cell lineages.
