概述
HydraGreen™, 水溶液，无毒、非致癌且灵敏度和EB相当，在核酸电泳实验中用来替代EB，溶于水而不是溶于有毒的DMSO。
特 性
通过以下测试，均证明无致癌风险
1.艾姆斯测试；2.小鼠骨髓微核测试；3.染色体畸变测试；4.乳胶或腈类手套渗透测试。
灵敏度高：适用于各种大小片段的电泳染色，对核酸迁移的影响较小；
稳定性高：适用于使用微波或其它加热方法制备琼脂糖凝胶；
信噪比高：样品荧光信号强，背景信号低；
操作简单：在预制胶和电泳过程中不降解；
适用范围广：可选择电泳前染色（胶染法）或电泳后染色（泡染法）。

HydraGreen ™, Water solution is nontoxic, non carcinogenic and has the same sensitivity as EB. It can be used to replace EB in nucleic acid electrophoresis experiment, dissolving in water instead of toxic DMSO.

High sensitivity: it is suitable for electrophoretic staining of various size fragments and has little effect on nucleic acid migration;
High stability: suitable for preparing agarose gel by microwave or other heating methods;
High signal-to-noise ratio: sample fluorescence signal is strong, background signal is low;
Simple operation: no degradation in the process of prepreg and electrophoresis;
Wide range of application: pre electrophoresis dyeing (gel dyeing) or post electrophoresis dyeing (bubble dyeing) can be selected.
