肝素/硫酸乙酰肝素二糖标准是肝素和硫酸乙酰肝素二糖组成分析和结构鉴定必不可少的二糖参考标准，我们利用肝素酶降解具有不同硫酸化模式的肝素和硫酸乙酰肝素，并结合凝胶过滤和阴离子交换HPLC，制备了具有各种硫酸化模式的高纯C4，5不饱和二糖标准。包括：天然肝素/硫酸乙酰肝素经肝素酶降解后常见八种不饱和二糖：I-A（ΔUA-2S-[1→4]-GlcNAc-6S），II-A（ΔUA-[1→4]-GlcNAc-6S），III-A（ΔUA-2S-[1→4]-GlcNAc），IV-A（ΔUA-[1→4]-GlcNAc），I-S（ΔUA-2S-[1→4]-GlcNS-6S），II-S（ΔUA-[1→4]-GlcNS-6S），III-S（ΔUA-2S-[1→4]-GlcNS）和IV-S（ΔUA-[1→4]-GlcNS），以及在肝素/硫酸乙酰肝素在加工处理过程中脱乙酰化产物的不饱和二糖：I-H（ΔUA-2S-[1→4]-GlcN-6S），II-H（ΔUA-[1→4]-GlcN-6S），III-H（ΔUA-2S-[1→4]-GlcN）和IV-H（ΔUA-[1→4]-GlcN）等；及以上各种肝素/硫酸乙酰肝素二糖标准的2-Aminobenzamide （2AB）荧光标记标准。

The heparin/heparan sulfate disaccharide standard is an indispensable disaccharide reference standard for the composition analysis and structure identification of heparin and heparan sulfate disaccharides. We used heparin enzyme to degrade heparin and heparan sulfate with different sulfation modes, and combined with gel filtration and anion exchange HPLC, we prepared high-purity C4, 5 unsaturated disaccharide standards with various sulfation modes.
