概述
一些组织如血块、脑组织等和需要切厚片的组织如脂肪等，以及由于浸蜡时温度过高而变脆的组织、长期固定于甲醛液内的组织和大切片等组织切片在染色时容易脱片，因此，在贴片前需要先将玻片涂上粘贴剂，使之牢固地贴在载玻片上，然后再熔去石蜡 (冰冻切片无需此步骤) 进行染色、脱水等步骤。常用的粘贴剂由：明胶液、蛋白甘油粘贴剂、明胶粘贴剂、Land 氏液等。
蛋白甘油粘贴剂又称为 Meyer 粘贴剂 (迈耶粘贴剂)、蛋清甘油粘贴剂，常用于载玻片的粘贴，是最常用的一种粘贴剂，主要由蛋清、甘油、苯酚等组成，粘贴性较明胶粘贴剂稍差，但容易着色，主要用于石蜡切片、冰冻切片、真菌子实体的粘贴，制备好的载玻片可 2-8℃保存半年。
该试剂仅用于科研领域，不适用于临床诊断或其他用途。
操作步骤 (仅供参考)
方法一：
1、取载玻片非磨砂部分完全浸没于蛋白甘油粘贴剂适当时间 (超过 1min)。
2、取出载玻片，37℃干燥 1~2h，然后在中性福尔马林固定液中固定 1h 以上。
3、干燥后装盒，4℃保存可供后期使用。
方法二：
1、取小玻璃棒沾一小点蛋白甘油于干净玻片上。
2、以洁净的手指在玻片上均匀、薄层涂抹，涂完即可用于贴片。
方法三：
1、取一滴蛋白甘油粘贴剂置于干净玻片上。
2、再将切片置于粘贴剂上，然后放置于烘片台上，使切片展开烫平，材料不现皱纹为度。
3、将切片依次拍好，用滤纸吸去多余水分，放入温箱中烘干，30~40℃约 1h 即可。
注意事项
1、操作过程中注意避免尘埃污染。

Some tissues such as blood clots and brain tissues, thick‑section‑required tissues such as adipose tissues, tissues embrittled by excessive temperature during paraffin infiltration, tissues long‑term fixed in formalin, and large tissue sections are prone to detachment during staining. Therefore, slides should be coated with adhesive before mounting to ensure firm attachment of tissues onto glass slides. Paraffin is then melted away (this step is not required for frozen sections), followed by procedures including staining and dehydration. Commonly‑used adhesives include gelatin solution, albumin‑glycerin adhesive, gelatin adhesive, Land’s solution, etc.
Albumin-glycerin Adhesive, also known as Mayer’s adhesive or egg‑albumin‑glycerin adhesive, is one of the most widely‑used slide‑mounting adhesives. It is mainly composed of egg‑white, glycerin, phenol and other components. It exhibits slightly weaker adhesiveness compared with gelatin adhesive but facilitates staining. It is mainly applied for mounting paraffin sections, frozen sections and fungal fruiting‑bodies. Prepared glass slides can be stored at 2‑8 ℃ for half a year.
This reagent is for research use only and is not intended for clinical diagnosis or other clinical applications.
Procedure (For reference only)：
Method 1:
1. Fully immerse the non‑frosted area of glass slides into albumin‑glycerin adhesive for an appropriate period (more than 1 minute).
2. Take out the slides, dry at 37 ℃ for 1‑2 h, and then fix in neutral formalin fixative for no less than 1 h.
3. Pack after drying. The slides can be stored at 4 ℃ for subsequent use.
Method 2:
1. Dip a small amount of albumin‑glycerin adhesive onto a clean glass slide using a glass rod.
2. Spread a thin and uniform layer over the slide with clean fingers. The slide is ready for tissue mounting after coating.
Method 3:
1. Place one drop of albumin‑glycerin adhesive on a clean glass slide.
2. Lay the tissue section onto the adhesive, then place the slide on a slide warmer to stretch and flatten the section until no wrinkles remain.
3. Arrange the sections sequentially, blot excess water with filter paper, and dry in an incubator at 30‑40 ℃ for approximately 1 h.
Precautions：
1. Avoid dust contamination during operation.
2. For your safety and health, wear a lab coat and disposable gloves while handling this product.
3. Use the reagent as soon as possible after opening to prevent adverse effects on experimental results.
