生化机理
TCF-3, also known as E2A and ITF-1, is a member of the E protein homeobox family. TCF-3 regulates checkpoints that allow B lineage commitment and B and T cell receptor gene rearrangement. Two isoforms named E12 and E47 are alternatively spliced within the DNA binding and HLH domain.
Post-translational: Phosphorylated following NGF stimulation. Undergoes Notch-induced ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation which is mediated by ASB1 or ASB2, the substrate-recognition components of probable ECS E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complexes.

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute at 1.0 mg/mL in sterile distilled water.
