收到产品后尽快置于 -80°C 储存,避免反复冻融;
建议抗体脱糖后再进行偶联反应;
使用时请穿实验服并佩戴一次性手套;

Recombinant transglutaminase (mTGase, His-tag) is a highly active microbial transglutaminase derived from Streptomyces mobaraensis and recombinantly expressed in E. coli. Compared with animal‑derived transglutaminases, it features a smaller molecular weight and is Ca²⁺‑independent. It catalyzes the formation of a stable amide bond between the glutamine side chain at position 295 of deglycosylated antibodies and primary amines in the substrate. Because it does not require an additional peptide donor to promote the coupling reaction, it can function as long as primary amine groups are present on the target molecule, offering high flexibility. Therefore, it is frequently used in the preparation of ADCs (antibody‑drug conjugates). The product contains a His‑tag, which can be conveniently removed after the reaction is complete.
Usage Instructions (For Reference Only)
Note: Before use, the product should be slowly thawed at 2–8 °C. Rapid thawing at room temperature or 37 °C is strictly prohibited.
Recombinant transglutaminase (mTGase, His‑tag) catalyzes the reaction between deglycosylated antibodies and amino‑amine compounds. The resulting antibody‑amino‑amine conjugate then reacts with amine‑containing drug linkers or reactive spacers, thereby coupling them to the deglycosylated antibody. The amount of mTGase added can be adjusted according to the specific process. The recommended reaction conditions with amino‑amine compounds are 25 °C or 37 °C overnight (16–20 h).
Product Application
ADC conjugation of antibodies.
Precautions
Store the product at –80 °C as soon as possible after receipt. Avoid repeated freeze‑thaw cycles.
It is recommended to deglycosylate the antibodies before performing the conjugation reaction.
Please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves when handling.
